Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! We understand that there are risks and uncertainties involved in online shopping, that's why we offer a 14-day return & refund policy. All we ask is that returned items must be unused and returned with their original packaging. Shipping costs are refundable only if we made a mistake or there is a defect with the product. Otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping costs. You remain responsible for the item until we have confirmed receipt, so you should use a trackable service. If a returned item is not received by us, then we cannot process a refund or an exchange. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products, downloadable software products or gift cards. Items in the sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@tokielectric.com and send your item to the address we provide to you via email.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and approved a refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
