Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We understand that there are risks and uncertainties involved in online shopping, that's why we offer a 14-day return & refund policy.

All we ask is that returned items must be unused and returned with their original packaging. Shipping costs are refundable only if we made a mistake or there is a defect with the product. Otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping costs.   You remain responsible for the item until we have confirmed receipt, so you should use a trackable service.  If a returned item is not received by us, then we cannot process a refund or an exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, send us a message to cs@tokielectric.com with your reason for a return or exchange in the message.

Note:

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving delivery of your item.   You have a further 14 days to ensure your return is received by us, items received after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
  • For goods not yet dispatched a full refund will be processed.  For goods that have been dispatched, we ask that you send them back to us for a refund. Goods must be returned with the original packaging intact and the product unused. We will inspect the product before issuing a refund.
  • TOKi Electric LTD reserves the right to make deductions from the refund of returned goods should the packaging or product be damaged, scratched, or missing components.
  • If your item arrives damaged you can refuse the delivery, please ensure you take photos to evidence the damage.
  • If your item has a mechanical fault on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it to arrange a collect & inspect. We either repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
  • In order for us to process a return or exchange you must have your original proof of purchase.
  • A refund will be processed for all costs and associated costs for the product, except where you have paid for an express delivery service, this will not be refunded.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products, downloadable software products or gift cards.  Items in the sale cannot be refunded.


Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@tokielectric.com and send your item to the address we provide to you via email.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and approved a refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
